With the high level of experience i have acquired over the past 8years as an Accounts, Cost, Budget and Data Entry Officer in the mining industry. I believe coupled with my expertise in Microsoft excel, word, database and PowerPoint presentation and also in the use of Accounting software’s I stand out among the rest to be awarded this project. I am hardworking and committed to executing jobs on time and have good initiative.

I / we would like to bid for this project and we have reduced the quote to 400 as we are keen to get our first accounting job. We are very experienced with Quickbooks nd we would be able to complete the task within 10 days as long as the number of entries to be corrected over the 3 year period is not huge. If the number of transactions is well above say 50 per month then we may need to revise the completion time. We will not do this this in milestone steps. We need to know the number of transactions per month to confirm we can do it within 10 days hen its juts one job and we wont want to split it into two or three milestones.
