Part-Time Accountant Needed (Midtown East)

Stanton ([login to view URL]) is seeking a qualified accountant to work part-time and on-site at our 30-person public relations and marketing firm based in Midtown Manhattan with an office in California. We transitioned to Quick Books Pro from a legacy system in the last part of 2018 and are now set up with our client invoicing and bills/expenses payment. We now need the following assistance: • Catch-up accounting work for 2018 to close out the year (Bank Rec, Produce P&Ls, etc.) We believe this is at least a week of work. • 2-3 days a month ongoing to close each month for both offices and for the company consolidated (Reporting, Reconciliation, etc.) Must have previous experience working with Quickbooks.
