Make After Effects Logo Reveal Projects from scratch

I need several VERY GOOD LOOKING logo reveal After Effects projects, it can include video footage or 3D scenes if you're good at Cinema 4D or Blender or whatever, or it can be 100% After Effects.
If you have already done projects that would fit the requirements it's an easy sale for you, let me see the video, put a price and I'll pay for total rights of this projects.
Requirements per project:
*It needs to render FAST, please prerender all possible layers and offer me 2 versions of the project (prerendered and native).
*The logo should cover 1000x500px in a 1920x1080px composition.
*Projects should be REALLY easy to use, by just replacing the logo it should work fine, please do NOT use any effects that needs Auto-Trace (like Element 3D).
*It must include sound effects.
*Nothing can have copyright, I need to own all rights of the projects, images, 3D and sound effects.
