We run an iRedMail + postfix server and are currently having difficulties with many emails, especially to outlook hosted email accounts. Currently hosted on AWS EC2 - We are part of Microsoft block list S3140 There are other email addresses which we also struggle with. RDNS, DKIM, SPF etc have all been thought of. The mail server is currently hosted on AWS using an AWS IP. Please provide your suggestions on what you think needs to be done, as well as an estimate on cost and time to fix, Thanks, Adam

you need to make sure you dont send random emails which people mark as spam/abuse . this degrades your IP reputation and its not easy to revert it back. easy way is to get a new IP and set up all required SPF,DKIM , DMARC , smtp banner matching rDNS/PTR etc. after you follow all rules and guideline given by Microsoft, you can apply for mitigation of your IP/domain . this takes 24-48 hours to get your IP delist from their spam/black list. i can help you with all this but it requires lots of patience.

I have read your query. seems the mails were blocked by Microsoft due to below reason. Your email volume changed significantly or quickly. You are sending emails from a new IP address. You are sending email to unknown users. There is spam originating from your server Your Email Authentication fails Your DNS is incorrect. Now my suggestion is to check your server IP's and domain name's mail reputation status. Then make sure you are sending any spam mail or bulk of mails. If you have configured your mail ID in local machine, make sure its free from vulnerabilities and infections. If you interested in my suggestion, please gimme a chance I will be fix it.
