MSSQL Database Import

Looking for an expert that knows how to attach a database to an RDS on AWS using Microsoft SQL Server Management. Help us to overcome the errors that the SSMS is giving us with trying to attach an existing database. What we have is a backup database in an S3 bucket (.bak). We need to connect it to an existing instance of SQL on AWS. Must be able to do asap but will need it to be explained it to us to get it to work. We will not give access to the database or AWS due to security reasons.
