Hi I have some experience working with bluetooth printers from android. I watched the video and the text footer and header should be pretty straightforward, however if you want to add an image I will have to explore the sdk, since the formats differ very much for each printer. I could do the job today, don't think it would take more than a couple of hours Maksym Rzhevskyi
