build desktop software same like Andriod app

HI I have an android base pos app which is connected to a server through admin portal. so I want to build the to window software same like my app with all kind of thermal printer can connect with my software. this app already works in the pos machine and for the basic reason for this app is a print top-up card. for example, I put a different kind of top-up card pin in admin portal manually and also I create client and add balance, add product as well my client will print top-up card through the portable pos machine so I want software which installs in computer and print that card through a usb thermal printer. for further discussion i wating your reply. i have very low budget and i need that software with in 5 to 6 days.
