We are in need of an app that can receive and send out custom advertisement packets based on the user situation. Cordova code that will work both on Android and iOS is required. Deliverables must include well commented source code, and complete documentation. Need a BLE app that requires the following: 1. Implemented in Cordova 2. Needs to run on Android and iOS 3. App should have the ability to parse advertisement packets and extract elements of the Advertisement Payload with potentially multiple elements in the Payload (Length, Type & Value), each element extracted into a byte array. 4. On recognizing an advertisement packet of given pattern (user should be able to define the payload), should place a TCP and Ajax call (our engineer will select the appropriate mode). 5. It should then send out an advertisement packet with the payload that can be defined by the user. 6. App will ensure that the device is not connectable and recognizes and broadcasts BLE packets with Discovery Mode: BR/EDR Not Supported 7. Documentation of processes/algorithm should be provided. 8. Well commented Source code must be provided and minimal support to answer engineer’s question IF need be. 9. Sample advertisement packets will be provided to selected Freelancer Please note that IP/Source Code ownership will reside with Employer. NDA might need to be executed for more open conversations.
