Our company needs to create a Generator and Reader for a custom QR Code. The project can use a open source library and modify it to create the new library. It has to meet with the license requirements of the open source library in case to use one. It's necessary the library works in iOS, Android and Java. The library has to be created in C++, and port it to Objective C and Java, because it will be used in mobiles and web. The structured of the new QR will be circular with an image in the center, like the Facebook Messenger Scan Code (Attached). The Generator and Reader has a excellent performance in the encoder and decoder. It has to include error detection and minimal dimensions. The specific requirements will be sent them when the freelancer be selected. The freelancer has to be able to sign NDA, contract, planning schedule and resignation of sources. The project term is for 3 months.
