PLEASE READ ENTIRE SCOPE & REQUIREMENT TO THE END. Project Scope: 1. Lotto app with sample numbers from 1 to 70 2. Select 2 lucky numbers and draw 5 winning numbers 3. Pop up a notification when lucky numbers are out of range, or the same number is repeated. 4. Window to show the winning price and winning prices should be changeable when we want to. 6. Players must sign in with details before they can play. 7. App must not work without internet 8. Buy chances to play using API. 9. Chances remaining should be displayed on the screen. 10. Try again and exit game buttons on-screen Connect app and store app data in an existing web application dashboard database and interface. Requirement scope: The ideal candidate/agency must be well vested in: 1. UX/UI design, game design. 2. Android application development(including but not limited to HTML5, Java,payment gateways and API configurations). 3. MySql, PHPmyAdmin, Database configuration, PHP, web application design and development. How to pitch? Please include a PDF portfolio(of mobile UX/UI design, a plus if includes game design) and links to atleast three other applications already developed in your bid along with clearly defined approach, timeline and quote. Only bids meeting the above requirement will be considered.
