Fixing attribute issue of my dating app + adding a special inbox folder

Note: This is a small project and so I expect you to finish it in 1 or 2 days max and with a budget of no more than 100$ My dating app is native android and was written with java, and I need someone to add a special inbox folder into it. The folder must be: 1- with a different color and/or design 2- placed within the (Messaging) section 3- for messages from\to members who don't meet current criteria of "Ideal Match", and so the user is NOT notified when he receives any message in this folder! Only a red cue is used on top of the icon of this folder if there is any unread messages in it! In the (Messaging) section, you must enable users to navigate between the (main inbox) folder and (Others) inbox folder in a tab fashion! Last, but not least, when the user changes his (Ideal Match) criteria, the senders of all received messages must be checked again, based on the new criteria, to see if their messages should be moved to which folder exactly... to (main inbox) folder or to the (Others) inbox folder?? Also, any gender changes must be taken into account in the same way and sense that I've just explained! However, first...
