Hello, I would like to configure a Linux server(Ubuntu) and setup HTTPS proxy on it. This server should accept external connection from other devices, IPS,.... Please write which method you will use for making this proxy, like Squid,....? You should provide all setup instructions rules and next create script file when I run it, it setup proxy automatically. I always use HTTP Injector([login to view URL]) for connecting to HTTP proxy to the server and I will test the connection from this Android APP. After providing Ubuntu version, I need instruction for CentOs too. For Ubuntu, I am using version 18.04. Regards,

HI, Yes, you can install and configure squid as a proxy server. Squid setup is same on both Ubuntu and CentOS. By the way, what kind of authentication is required for proxy access.? I can setup proxy for both OS, but cannot write script for this small project. I already have a squid setup script with a lot of functions. But I don't think you need that kind of function here. Thanks
