Hello, I had been doing some research recently on a Google Map project with Xamarin. Though, still, I believe most of the things are possible, but in order to have a concrete understanding on above points, why don't we do a detailed research driven by small prototypic examples and ascertain answers to these questions? For me to complete this exercise, it should take somewhere between 60 - 70 hours for both iOS and Android platforms. This can then form a base to arrive at a detailed specification for future project and deciding the architecture as well. Please let me know if you may have some suggestions. Best, Nishant
