i want an app for android ( no User interface coz ill use just in my mobile phone- is not public) App need to scan this url each 5 minutes [login to view URL] and then send sms message to each number (normal sms via sim card). app need to send this message {"sms":} to this number {"phone":} and when message is send then need to visit this url {"ping":} ( when app visit url server remove that sms from the list [login to view URL] so next time when app visit the json there will not be same sms ) so my phone will be nonstop on charger and screen will be off, so app need to work on background 24/7
