We need a way to send a single message in Whatsapp to multiple groups and Individuals or a mix. (i.e. the same functionality as broadcasting but instead of just sending to different individuals, it must also send to multiple groups). This should preferably work for Android, iPhone .
the possibility to automatically forward Received messages to a group or Individuals or a mix.

Have a group (A) send message to a group (b), but the group A members can not ALL see all the posts, just the person in Group A who sent the message. (and of course all members in group B

Members of our team will set up multiple normal Whatsapp groups (one per client). They will be sending the same regular updates to each client. The reason these need to be groups is so that if a client replies then the entire team immediately gets that reply. However if a client replies, only out team must get the reply and NOT the other clients.
Each member of the team unfortunately is using a different phone (Android, iPhone and Nokia) so the solution must be platform independent.
We must be able to easily create new groups and add them to the broadcast.
