Create shirt animated videos

Key requirements for videos: Animated videos but should reflect real life situations/persons, should have a comic element/fun to watch, Fast paced not dragged Objective: Through short/fun/animated videos, demonstrate to the extended Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited (PMPKL) audience, the key benefits/advantages of undergoing the project. 1. Moving from legacy/expensive/Windows based field devices (intermec device) & software to latest/cost friendly/Android devices and Android application 2. Replacing sales receipt printing/printers with sms summary of invoice 3. Modernizing the daily activity Journey Upload/Download setup from the legacy hardware dependent setup (SFTP/laptop/router) to instant upload/download via Cloud using Wifi 4. One-stop device for Census and all activities of the ‘Business Development Executives’ Flow: These benefits will be communicated to the extended audience in phases so each benefit to be presented in a short video showing the before/after scenario. The ‘before’ and ‘after’ scenarios will also be shown in 2 halfs. For a few days, we run the ‘before’ scenario and end with ‘to be continued….’. Next we play the full version showing ‘before’ and add the ‘after’ scenario to portray how things have changed after. In the end, we also want to run all scenarios together as 1 complete video along with some ending messages which can be used during our field training sessions with appropriate background music and dubbings if required. Duration: Each part will be 10-15 sec long so 1 complete benefit video should not take more than 30 sec. For the complete video, it would be around 2-3 min max Tone of animations: The first half of the videos will be in brown cambric tone which would represent the old process which is legacy, time consuming, effort taking and frustrating process. The second half of the video will be colorful, bright, cheerful which would represent the easy new model of work, with a very technologically updated vibe.
