Mixed Reality Music Trip

Developing a new form of mixed reality entertainment for devices like Microsoft Hololens and Magic Leap: a music-driven, holographic linear narrative, (with some interactivity) a shared experience for an audience of 50 people. The holographic production, called "Ascension", is a 45-minute spiritual sci-fi about the spiritual dimension and its relation to the physical realm; Aliens, Space, Universe, Tech, Angels, Existence and the Earth. Seeking 3D and motion graphic artists whose ultimate artistic styles (futuristic, space, spiritual) match the vision and want to contribute their utmost to create a mind-blowing first-of-its-kind experience. We're not so concerned with what you've done or who you've worked for as much as your ultimate styles and what you can and really want to do. We're forming a collective around this vision to execute it. To date this collective consists of a concept/script writer, audio production team and a highly skilled MR/AR developer. We've built a Proof of Concept demo for Hololens, have a venue and are now actively raising funds to complete the full experience. Part of our fundraising campaign is a pitch to Magic Leap by Dec.15. Ascension calls for 4-8 characters, environmental and abstract motion graphic elements. Character styles are spiritual/angel/warrior/alien... costumed dancers will be mixed reality volumetric video-captured, turned into 3D assets and further tweaked into abstract light-beings with abstract movement. Environmental elements are space and sci-fi themed. The music is an experimental progression of space/ambient, cinematic and electronic/edm.
