Command Prompt Utility for Winamp (Windows)

We wish to hire a developer for creating a utility (Windows .exe file) for controlling Winamp. The utility will be activated through command lines. To see an example of such utility please visit [login to view URL] The utility you will create for us, must be able to: 1. Detect the FILEPATH of the track that is currently playing, paused or stopped (e.g. C:\Users\hp6300\Desktop\[login to view URL]). 2. Set the Big Bento as Winamp's default skin (no matter what user have chose). 3. Bring Winamp's browser to the front (no matter what if user have chose another tab), so that browser will ALWAYS BE visible to user. 4. Load new pages in Winamp's browser. All the above must be executed through cmd. Examples: getfilepath setbigbento focusbrowser loadwebpage "https://www.freelancer.com" The app that the developer will create, just be compatible with ALL WINDOWS VERSIONS (7,8, 8.1, 10) including 32 and 64 bits Clever is an app that send messages to Winamp and get a responce from it. This comunication is made through the command prompt that Windows have. For example: - Clever: [login to view URL] getremainingtime (Clever asks Winamp what is the remaining time of the song playing) -Winamp: 2:12 (Winamp answers that it is 2min and 12sec. The answer is displayed on Windows command prompt black screen) What I am asking the developer to do, is to create an app like Clever that will be able to ask further "questions" that Clever is not programmed to ask, as well as to ask Winamp to do things (like "Hey Winamp! Load [login to view URL] on your in-built browser!"). BEFORE CONTACTING US AND TELL US THAT YOU ARE THE MOST SUITABLE DEVELOPER, PLEASE DESCRIBE THE PROJECT WITH YOUR OWN WORDS. In the past, we came in contact with developers that confused the meaning of a file path/file location with this of a filename!!!
