Phase 1 I need a product prototype developed. It is 2 infrared beams(2X transmitter/receiver & reflectors), which will communicate to an iPhone App via Bluetooth 4.0. The idea is that the iPhone app will play a constant beat through the headphone jack or bluetooth headphones, when the IR beam is broken it would feed back to APP in 0-1000ms (which is recorded and displayed) and trigger a different sound. The IR devices must have small battery and USB charging. I need code locked down and full IP handed over once developed. Phase 2 I will need the product manufactured and scalable so parts need to be accessible or easily sent to South Africa. iOS must be converted to Andiod and API for both so front end developer can complete APPs

Hello: I am perfect for this project. If this product will be produced in bulk, i.e. more then 1000pcs later then I suggest you to go with BLE chips from Nordic or TI but if quantity is less then there is HM-10 for such. I can do either way. Also, I can do both iOS app as well as Android app dev. work. and can do the PCBA. Please feel free to write back if you consider. Thank you, Sam
