STM32F103 sample code in arduino for power saving

I need a sample code in Arduino for STM32F103 uC to bring the uC to sleep mode and wake it up by external interrupt and internal RTC alarm. the power consumption of uC should not be more than 10uA in sleep condition. when uC wakes up it continues from the point it stopped.
There is no ADC on this project.
we need to access 2 serial ports, I2C bus and few input/ output when device wakes up.
Maximum time is 1 week.
