The article needs subtle improvements on gramar, a slight correction on content's way of writing so that it can comply with the rules of the Wikipedia and grammar rectification. All of them can be quite easily done with some writing skills and by following Wikipedia's guidelines. One they're done the editors will accept it as it is.
