Hi, I'm looking to connect with a professional writer. I previously worked with another writer who created a bunch of articles for my logo/graphic design blog. Overall the articles are pretty consistent, but they always have room for improvement. I've already proofed/edited maybe 7 or 8 of them myself, so you'll be able to see the before/after in order to get a feel for my prefered writing style/voice. Overall I think I tend to strive for: - Professional (yet personable) - Informative - Relatable - Funny (when applicable... I'm open to incorporating gifs when deemed fit, but this isn't required) All of these articles are about logo/graphic design/branding, so it wouldn't hurt if you have somewhat of a design background to really understand the content. The articles also attempt to motivate readers since we're targeting a lot of small-medium sized business owners/entrepreneurs. Attached is an article in it's "original" state. As a comparison, I've already attempted to edit this article and you can see my finished version online ([login to view URL]). You don't have to read the entire thing, but if you feel like you'd be able to take an original article (similar to the example) and edit it so that it transitions/flows more easily and reads well, then I think we'd be able to work together. Using an app such as grammarly (or something similar does tend to help when applicable). You will have the freedom to revise the article however you see fit. Feel free to remove/rework sentences or even entire paragraphs, improve grammar, etc. As long as the article is to the point and reads well, that's all that matters. ---- Please bid for just 1 article, but also include in your private message how much you would charge for a larger order (for example, 10 articles). All of the articles I have available for editing are all right around 2000 words. I'm not worried about the final word count, if some of these articles benefit from removing some of the "fluff" that's totally fine and welcomed.
