Copy writer to create some articles for our web site

Stage One total word count between 7,000 to 10,000 words. Stage Two total word count between per 3,000 to 10,000 words. Stage One Operating within the electrical industry we need content written for our new web site. We will provide links to web sites and articles with relevant information for inspiration on the writing this however cannot be copy and pasted and needs to be rewritten. Some technical terms will be required however this site is more for general public and not technical knowledge is required. We have a 7 different service offerings and need 300 to 500 words for each service and a home page that will need 150 words. The services are Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Maintenance, Breakdown, Schools and Intelligent systems. The Industrial service offering has 5 sub categories which will need 300 words written on each. The intelligent services offerings has 9 sub categories which will need about 300 words written on each. The maintenance has 1 sub catergories which will need about 300 words written on each. Correct spelling and grammar is a must with a relaxed writing style that is would be at home in a magazine and not in an academic report. Paragraphs should be concise, direct and to the point making it easy to read between 50 to 150 words where possible. A list of key words will be provided that should be worked in where at all possible. Stage Two This work is ongoing and we will require articles for our blog. Again we will provide links for inspiration however this will be more creative work with you finding some topics for discussion. We would like his work to be ongoing with a minimum of one small post per month and one large quarterly update which more specific information will be provided on. There is also a requirement for a backlog of articles to be written and would like 10 300 word articles to be written initially.
