√OPEN FOR: American / Canadian / Australian / British √MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Teaching experience with K3 students (ESL or EFL learners) 3. Creative and resourceful according to the student's need 4. Passionate and energetic 5. Flexible with time required by the program 6. Age: 25 - 55 years old • TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certification is an edge √JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Deliver online lessons to students of particular grade level 2) Evaluate and grade students' class work and participation 3) Provide effective feedback to guide student earning and success 4) Remain aware of class procedures and use of instructional materials 5) Attend discipline specific and administrative meetings as scheduled Teaching Materials: will be provided. √WORKING SCHEDULE: Wednesdays thru Sundays Only (5 days a week) 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Optional) 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Beijing Time √HOURLY RATE: $17 per hour; Fixed Pay (with or without student) √CLASS TYPE: 1 on 1 class to students aged 6 to 9; 25 minutes per class √CLASS TOOL: Zoom Hiring Process: (4 steps) STEP 1: • Arrange a schedule with the Resource Adviser STEP 2: • Initial Interview with Ivy Chen (Hioffer Personnel) STEP 3: • Training with Ivy Chen STEP 4: • Final Demo with Steve (RISE - Can Talk Personnel) FINAL: • On-boarding
