We are an e-learning company located in India and we need some urgent assistance with instructional design. The project details are as follows: Level 3 Duration 2 modules of 1 hour each Topic - completely Finance based The freelancer would need to perform the following tasks: - Perform content analysis and creating content design documents - Design storyboards, and perform review, feedback implementation and fixes The freelancer would need the following skills: - Experience in instructional design with finance background - Must have excellent communication skills - We would prefer a freelancer from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Also the freelancer must be available for conference calls with the client whenever required. Hi there, I might not be a freelancer from your preferred choice of location but I'm an instructional designer quite unlike others you've met on this platform. I've over 14 years of ID experience and have worked for corporates and multinationals in India. At present, I'm consulting with the UN for their OHRM division. I've worked on finance-related ID projects, such as BAI and Citigroup (USA) and Reliance (India). Apart from those, some of my other noteworthy clients include Caterpillar Inc., The Art Institute Online (AiO), Scania, Ministry of Defense, UK. I've also worked with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Perth, Australia, single-handedly managing their Diploma of Management program, creating and setting it up on their Moodle classroom. I assume you already have guidelines document with regards to multimedia, language, instructional design and overall look and feel of the course. Do you have any samples or preferred (models) of course(s) that you would like yours to look like? Or those that your client prefers?
