I am an HR professional with an experience of more than 12 years across varied industries. I have an experience in building a unique and customized engagement framework to include culture audit or employee engagement surveys to understand the impact of Organizational Vision and Values in overall engagement. Being a part of mergers/startups I have an entrepreneurial experience, wherein I have been instrumental in developing and executing processes, like Employee Policies, Employee Communication Process, Engagement framework, Employer Brand Building as Employer of Choice, Reward and Recognition Programs, HR Analytics, Workforce planning etc. On a tangent, HR Consulting has given me an exposure to partner and enable the business while designing and implementing people interventions that enable the business to succeed. In the area of OD and L&D I have been instrumental in designing and implementing interventions around Leadership, Employee Communication, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Building High Performance culture with visible business impact, driving speed and agility, building the right capabilities in the line, a culture of feedback, appreciation and coaching, mechanism for identifying and rewarding top talent.
