We're looking for a long term writer/editor/contributor to our Apple centric tech website. We're a highly reputable and high traffic editorial outlet. We require that the role would be on EST time (GMT-5) around or before 9AM. Previous writing experience for high quality editorial is a must. Proficiency and full understanding of WordPress CMS is a must. (note that the technical knowledge of WP is a plus but not necessary, rather editorial knowledge is important in this case). Please submit your previous articles from at least 3 different outlets (that's a minimum). You're welcome to submit your best ten. We're requiring the person in this role to produce 2000+ words per day in 2-4 articles depending on the seasonality and current events. American english is a requirement but a person residing in the UK, Australia, or Canada should be able to adjust to this requirement easily. Ideally this person has good connections amongst other writers they can engage if need be. While the majority of content is current news, there is potential for reviews, how tos, as well as opinion posts. Being able to post to other websites; or connections to syndicate content is a plus but not required. Twitter and/or Medium presence is a plus. Our starting monthly budget is $1500-$2000 per month depending on qualification of the applicant.
