Looking for a strong client side developer

Hi,
We are looking for strong client side developer.
For the first mission we would like to embed a new theme for an ASP .NET site.
Currently the theme is embedded on some of the master pages, however we have to modify the rest of the web site to look like it.
If the first part will work well, we would like to modify the existing implementation to be JavaScript (with jQuery) against WCF service (instead server side web forms). Thus, a developer with experience in ASP .NET, C#, jQuery, XHTML & CSS is the best candidate for us.
Please note: we'll hire only candidates we have strong recommendations, 4.5-5 stars rating.
