Swap.com similar website

I am looking to develop a website that is very much similar to the [login to view URL] website but a localised version of it. The website will basically function exactly the same as swap.com. This will be a website where members can swap either "Video Games (All platforms) ", "DVDS", "Books" and also "CDS". Every member has two lists - A "Want List" and a "Have List". The "Want List" comprises of the items that the member is hoping to get by swapping the items from his "Have list". Every Member must have a minimum of 5 items in both the want list. and atleast one item in the "Have list". The website should also get all the details for the items from amazon. So, these details include stuff like the "Cover Art", "Name" and also the "Author" etc. (I would strongly advise looking at the [login to view URL] website to get a feel of the website i am after). And regarding the design of the website, I want the website to be designed in such a way that it resembles the [login to view URL] website but just with a different colour to it. (Something like a light blue theme) (Once again i strongly advise having a look at the [login to view URL] website to understand the design i am talking about). I can provide extra details regarding the logo and all once the project has started. I do understand that the price I have quoted is a bit low but I am just a student and hence cannot afford much than that at the moment. However, I have a strong belief in this website and once this website takes off and if everything goes to planned I am willing to hire the team of designers on a full time basis or even give a percentage of shares. I can even write a contract out to show that I am not joking around. Although I cannot pay much higher, the terms of the project can be negotiated. I am also not very sure on the exact skills required so i have chosen asp and .net. If you think some other skill is better suited feel free to say so.
