E Commerce Site

Hi, I need an Ecommerce site developed that is user friendly and clean in appearance. I will give bidders a couple of sites to refer to for design purposes after I narrow down bids. The following are features the site must have incorporated into it: 1. User must register via email validation to purchase or download. 2. User would select a digital product to purchase or download for free (free has limited features so Free and Purchased files would be different) 3. If purchased, item is placed into shopping cart it is paid through paypal (site must be upgradable to add other payment methods at a later date.) 4. If item is downloaded: a) User clicks on link and saves to computer. Notes: • Site should be designed with the ability to limit the amount of downloads users can download within a specified period of time i.e. 5 downloads per month. This feature should be modifiable. • Site should be able to track downloads for all registered users. 5. Site should have 2 upload capabilities, whereas once logged in a user can upload a file from his/her computer. a. Normal upload, user clicks link and uploads file b. The second upload option to be added will have one exception, the user must accept terms and conditions before the system will allow them to upload a file 6. Once any upload occurs an email notification should be sent to the site administrator at a designated email address advising an upload has occurred. 7. System should track and log all uploads. 8. Administrator should have the capability of downloading the file in its original uploaded and usable format i.e. word doc file. I'd like this to be over Windows, ASP,XML, Access / sql database. I’d need to have the site search engine optimized (SEO). Only experts in this area need respond. Please include samples of your work. Thank you
