Integration of Asterisk FreePBX into Perfex CRM Hello, We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist us in integrating Asterisk FreePBX into our Perfex CRM system. Integration Scope: - Linking Asterisk FreePBX with Perfex CRM: Calls should be automatically logged within the CRM, capturing caller information, call duration, and any relevant notes. - Call Pop-ups: Incoming calls trigger pop-ups displaying caller details and their interaction history, facilitating personalized and efficient support. - Click-to-Call Functionality: Users can initiate outbound calls directly from the Perfex CRM interface using the calling capabilities of Asterisk FreePBX. - Call Recording: Integration should enable automatic call recording and store the recordings within the CRM. - Reporting and Analytics: Implementation of reporting features to track call metrics such as call volume, average call duration, response times, etc. Additional Requirements: 4. Real-Time Queue Module: - Integration of the Real-Time Queue module to provide real-time information on queues and queue members within Perfex CRM. - Ability to view live call status within the queue and advanced call control options such as Spy call, Barge call, and Call Whisper. 5. Real-Time Extension Module: - Integration of the Real-Time Extension module to provide real-time extension details and live call tracking status within Perfex CRM. - Advanced call control options like Barge call, Whisper call, Spy call, Call Transfer, Call Hangup, etc., should be available. 6. Voice Broadcasting Auto Dialer: - Integration of a Voice Broadcasting Auto Dialer feature to automate calls to a large list of contacts. - Ability to play prerecorded voice messages to end customers. - If customers require assistance, the system should allow call transfers to the sales or support team. - Ability to gather responses or feedback from customers during the call. 7. Call Tracking Report Module: - Implementation of a Call Tracking Report module to generate various types of call reports within Perfex CRM. - Call reports should include options such as Call reports by day, month, Call reports by call status, Hourly Call reports, Call reports by agents, Call reports by direction, and more.
