Convert Zoom podcast audio m4a and edit in Riverside.fm

I'm looking for an experienced audio freelancer to help me with an upcoming project. I need help with converting Zoom podcast audio m4a files and editing them in Riverside.fm. I'm willing to learn audio editing, but I am looking for a professional to step in and handle the more technical aspects of the job. I need help specifically with editing out silence and stutters in the files. The podcast episodes are generally less than 30 minutes in length. An added plus if the freelancer can add an intro/outro music or balance the audio levels. However, these aren't 100% necessary and can be discussed further. I'm ready to get started as soon as possible and looking for somebody who can take the reins and get the job done efficiently.
