Shipping Container Home

Hello my name is Michael and I'm looking for an architect to design me a 5 story shipping container home that will be 30,000 square feet that will consist of 7,500 square feet each floor that will have enclosed wide covered decks built around the entire home on each floor with metal stairs. I live in the United States of America and unfortunately the idea of using shipping containers for residential properties and commercial properties hasn't taken off yet but the State that I live in has adapted to the international residential and commercial codes. Here's the thing I do not want to cut into any of the shipping containers to make Windows or doors I would like to be able to have the complete structure of the shipping containers left in its original state. so many people make the mistake of cutting the sides out of the shipping containers to make Windows and doors what I'm looking for is a square box that will be even on all 4 sides giving me a solid 30,000 square foot building from width to length. I don't mind adding 16 emergency fire exits there will be eight on one side of the house and 8 on the other side of the house that would lead to the metal stairs of the decks on all floors I also want to add 2 elevators that will go to all 4 floors. I want to use the first set of shipping containers to build my base for my 4 story house and to have a complete raised home that will be off the ground allowing me to walk from my house to my indoor swimming pool indoor basketball court indoor tennis court indoor garage for all my vehicles. The plan is to cover majority of the land for this extremely large Shipping Container Home I'm building with Shipping Containers leaving no grass to be seen or used I want to use Shipping Containers , as a replacement of a lot of poured concrete to make concrete slabs these first set of shipping containers can be raised using piers instead of pouring a lot of concrete slabs to anchor all the shipping containers to. I came up with this idea to save a lot of money and when it comes to the things that I want in my home I want to have large rooms that are approximately 800 to 1,000 square feet per room that's big enough for 2 bedroom sets. The first floor that would lead out to the first wide deck including the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi indoor basketball court indoor tennis court and indoor garage for all my vehicles , would be my walkout basement that will be my family room there will be pool tables arcade games a 6-lane or 10-lane bowling alley a full outdoor kitchen with a full bar with seating as if it was a restaurant that can hold 75 to 100 guests. Each floor will have 6 large bedrooms that will have 6 large bathrooms inside the bedrooms that's a total of 24 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and there will be a set of 8 commercial restrooms on each floor that will consist of 4 sets of men's restroom and 4 sets of women's restroom for family and friends to use when they visit. There will be an indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi full fitness center a commercial movie theater a indoor basketball court tennis court a wide ramp to up to my indoor garage for all my vehicles. Each floor will have 8 wide patio doors with thick double glass 4 at the front of the house and 4 at the back of the house these patio doors will lead to the enclosed wide covered decks that surrounding the entire house , I want to have a tilt roof for the snow to fall off the roof and I want to tilted roof to hang over the house allowing the rain and snow to roll off the roof on the ground I want my gutters to be strong enough to be able to expand further out far away from my house.
