Architectural Drafter (Designer) is required to develop exterior and interior elevations from as-built plans of 1 story (5000 - 10000 sqft), detailed and accurate elevations are required, some heights provided, other has to be calculated or approximated. 10 projects to be developed on the next month, you are bidding over one single project. 100 to 150 projects per year guaranteed if requirements are met. Turn around of 3-4 calendar days after floor plans are provided. Please dont bid if turn around times cant be meet. Daily commitment of at least 4 hours, Please dont bid if you can't commit to that minimum time frame, Floor and Roof plans, pictures, videos, samples and instructions provided. Autocad only, English measurement system format. Samples can be used as a guidance but every elevation needs to be done from scratch. 1 External view, 2-3 Internal elevations required. Cad Notes and dimensions, 6-7 Sheets per project. Floor plan requires: Cleaning and closing of As-built, hatching, room names, floor type, furniture per template, symbols (where visible) of electrical and data, fire and security, plumbing, dimensions. RCP Plan requires cleaning and relayering, symbols of lighting, hvac duct vents, sound and security Drive Thru floor plan. Roof Plan, Cleaning and completion of as-built per videos, HVAC Units, slopes and drains and notes External Elevation includes every visible element and hatching Internal elevation of counters, 360 Virtual tour is provided with every project, Excellent communication and spelling skills required on English Language.
