We are considering a project on an existing 1.5 acre site in a downtown environment. We have some very basic sketchup files. Need a Revit Model of the existing conditions. Want to generate the following. 1. Existing Site Plan 2. Site Demolition Plan (Removing all buildings not shown in Sketch up) 3. Architectural Site Layout Plan - with Dimensions 4. Architectural Floor Plan with dimensions and area - IE room schedule 5. Architectural Elevations of Each building with Dimensions We will provide needed site verification and will want to collaborate back and forth in PDF drawings where we will mark up the changes for you to incorporate. This is the first step of this project. Next step will entail developing remodeling documents
