Falk Gazebo Project

I need to submit conventional light frame construction plans & details for a 14'x14' gazebo. This is built on 11'x11' centerline steel beams. I have added the drawing of the steel beams that have welded base plates and top "knife plates" for attachment of the beams. I need to have this done from a licensed California architect or engineer. Requirements must include the following: 1. Foundation plan - Need to modify the current plan so that is passes California code. Concrete piers would still be the same for the post attachments 18"x18"x24". 2. Footing Details - please see the foundation hold down details provided and incorporate per code. Post base to concrete connection, Post to beam connection, Beam to rafter connection. specify all materials, connectors and anchors. [login to view URL] Framing Plan and Details - show and specify required cross ties for the roof framing and specify roof sheathing materials and nailing. 4. Roof Plan - Specify roofing materials. Standard 20 yr. Comp roof shingle. [login to view URL] Sections and Section Details 6. Exterior Elevations 7. Structural Design Calculations 8. Main Support Post Assembly - Weld callouts and details. This is already on the (Main Support Post Assembly drawing but needs to be enlarged to correct font size; 9pt Arial minimum. Weld lengths would 3" on the top "Knife Plates" and the entire circumference of the bottom of the base to the post. I have step files and solid works files for this if needed.
