Get Information from Eplan Files and AutoCad Files in Excel, Update drawings

1- Go to Each Eplan Drawing and collect the following information a- List Down in Excel File “Cabling Material List” all The Junction Boxes and MCCs as Matrix b- List all the cables for each Junction Box with required Cores. c- List All the Power Cables for Motors 2- Update Eplan File for The Internal Layout of Each Junction Box based on number of Terminals used in it and calculate the Dimensions of Junction Boxes Required as per standard available sizes. 3- Add the Cable Glands information in Eplan Layout for Junction Boxes. Eplan will generate the material List to know How Many Total Glands are used of which sizes. Always refer the Existing Cable selection done in Eplan to know the Cross section of cables. 4- Update the Cross Section and cores required for each Control and Power Cables in Excel file. 5- Verify Outgoing Supply to JBs are Fused Terminals, else replace it with fused Terminal. Update or Renumber Terminals to be organized. 6- There are JB with Name +Cust, give them Name as Motor Local Panel and add Terminals. Include them in Termination and Excel file. 7- Now go to Auto Cad files to know the Lengths of Each Cable According to there Locations. List the Lengths of each cable required in the same Excel file, make multiple pages in Excel file as required to show the information. 8- List Down All Cables Trays in Excel File and Mention What cables will go through each cable tray. 9- Now Check the Sizes of Cable trays already available in the Auto Cad files, you might need to Update the sizes, check the standard available sizes for cable trays and update the sizes. 10- Mostly the routes are not changed, but if there are any new Routes for new signals, add cable trays if required only. 11- From the Junction Box to Instrument or Machine, cables will go in Flexible Conduits, this information is not there in the Auto Cad files, add this flexible Conduits and Update the Required length and size of flexible conduits in Excel file. 12- Small Modifications in Eplan Files if comes to be adjusted. Like if some wiring mistake to be corrected or Number of IOs page to be updated etc. Outputs from Above work: 1- Eplan MCC files Updated for All Junction Boxes Internal and External Layouts. Must show the cable glands in bottom of Panels. And The required Fused Terminals added, +Cust JBs assigned Terminals/Fused Terminals. 2- Excel file showing all the Junction Boxes, Cables in Each Junction Box, Number of Terminals in Each Junction Box, Size of each Junction Box, Number of Glands and sizes in each Junction Box. Complete Excel file for all the Termination. 3- Excel file, showing Detailed List of each Cable and required Length, Summary of All Cables total Length required to purchase. For Control and Power Cables of Motors. 4- Excel File Having All the Cable Trays, Pipes, Glands required with their sizes, length and quantities. 5- Excel File Showing Which Cable Tray Contains which Cable Tags, what cables will go through each Cable Tray. 6- Finally, the Auto Cad Updated files, to update the Cable Tray Sizes where required, add the Flexible pipe information.
