Extensive and diversified 11 plus Years Relevant Engineering (Design & Detail) experience in Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore) domains with special exposure on Piping Layouts. Experience as Installation Engineer(Piping) at site. Proposal, EPC of various types of Oil &Gas, Petrochemical, Waste to Energy (Power) Industry.  Checking documents throughout all phases of projects from concept development, FEEDs, and EPC Stage to completion.  Performing Technical Bid Analysis & Clarification of requirements to Vendors.  Detailed Review of Vendor Documents for Piping Fittings, Valves, and Vendor Packages & Approval for Construction.  Calculating Pipe Wall Thickness (Schedule Calculation) based on the design parameters.  Calculating Friction losses (Pressure Drop Calculation) for piping.  Review Project scope, preparation of material requisition, and datasheets for Valves, Fittings & other Piping Components.  Technical bid Evaluation (TBE) for the Vendor Documents for Valves, Piping Fittings & Components based on the project Requirement.  Conceptual Piping Layout & Piping Design as per project requirements using Preliminary PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment Layout & other Design Related Documents with the help of designers.  Equipment layout as per Process, operational and maintenance access, constructability and to meet the safety requirements for various types of equipment’s like Coolers, Heat exchangers, Pumps, Vessels, Columns, Heaters, Compressors, Flare stack, Package system, etc.  Preparation of Detailed Piping routing (Layout) as per the requirements using P&IDs and other Vendor GAs.  Checking the feasibility and modelling of supports for critical and non-critical lines and confirmation of special Pipe Supports as per Stress analysis requirements and preparation of pipe support Drawings.  Review the Layout 3D model for all design, accessibility, Maintainability, constructability using Navisworks software.  Reviewing Equipment Vendor GAD’s and finalizing Nozzle orientations as per Layout feasibility and Design basis.  Attending 60% and 90% review meetings at Client location and updating the comments.  Checking of Piping Related isometrics with respect to Piping Material Specifications, Valve material Specifications, Line list  Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material) & Material requirement required for fabrication Purpose.  Preparation of Spool Drawings for isometrics & Coordinating with shop for fabrication of Isometrics.  Follow up with Client’s for Technical queries, Technical Discussions / Clarifications for Day-to-day activities.  Attending Engineering & project review meetings with clients / vendors for resolving technical Issues involved in the project.  Assist in estimation/proposal preliminary design work. Preparing the MTO based on Piping Related Documents like P&ID and preparing the Conceptual layout based on the FEED documents.  Well versed knowledge with PDMS 12.Sp.6, CADWORX 2015 and AUTOCAD.  Familiar with International codes & standards of Process Piping like ASME B31.3  Familiar of checking the Nozzle Orientation of Equipment considering the Cost Effective Piping layout.  Familiar with Preparing Piping material Specifications in CADWORX Software.  Ability to work well in a team environment.
