Executive Virtual Assistant

Looking for an assistant who can manage tasks on multiple business ventures, prioritize and optimize schedules. MUST be fluent in English and Spanish. This is a long term position working closely with the company owner and employees throughout all business ventures. The goal is to streamline processes across all businesses to improve my personal productivity. Key skills will be organizing complex processes, time management, and flexibility. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLES / TASKS Blue Door Contractor - Ensure all projects have a specified timeline and are completed on time or well documented the purpose of any delays. - Manage BaseCamp tasks for all employees and subcontractors. Work with the Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed on time. - Input additional tasks in BaseCamp, per property, based on email or direct feedback. - Weekly status report..... - Research additional sub contractors with project parameters and budget in mind - High level social media management which includes finding freelance support in designing websites. Post on various social media outlets, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. - Work with a team to prepare and submit necessary documentation. Follow up on approvals. K&A Realty - Coordinate with the K&A Realty office regarding specific tasked needing attention. Prioritize and incorporate into the larger schedule as needed. Personal - Organize schedule between multiple workstreams, including business and personal tasks - Manage AirBNB properties. Submitting association documents, answering questions, requesting reviews, scheduling cleanings, and managing supply needs. Find ways to optimize for better performance. Manage revenue and expenses and report out monthly - Manage 2-3 business related email accounts. Reply, flag or delegate as necessary.
