Build & Maintain Website - Long Term

Looking for an agency or a freelancer to take care of our website on a long term basis. We have an e-commerce platform built approximately 75% on Wordpress and woo-commerce which we need to complete. Once it is ready we want the same team or freelancer to continue on with us and maintain the site going forward. The job includes full stack development including all hosting, front end, back end and database, product listing, pricing, inventory management, applying special offers, changing banners, uploading blogs, new pages etc. We have a designer in-house who will help with most designs, but some design skill will be preferable. This team or freelancer needs to be competent in all aspects of development, be able to think on their own feet, suggest idea on how to make the site better, faster and cleaner consistently. Please note: if the freelancer isn’t able to produce ideas and put forward relevant suggestions to make things better, we will eventually need to end the contract and move on to another freelancer or team. If after 3/ 6 or 12 months we find that the freelancer is fully competent and can be a strong part of our team, there is an opportunity to work in-house from the UK which we can assist with in bringing them over (costs covered). This role is full time (around the clock) so we require someone who is flexible and available most times. The freelancer will need to be able to jump on a call with prior to being hired. $150 - $200 per month fixed
