I need a website with the following features: 1- OpenCart (I can buy the theme if required) 2- Front-end English LTR and Arabic RTL. 3- Back-end English Only. 4- Responsive Front-end. 5- Back-end to manage everything. 6- The products are Subscriptions with recurrent monthly or yearly payments. 7- The products are similar to hosting service. Can have extras. for example (anytime the user can add extra storage space for a x amount that will be added to the subscription during or after the he purchase the product.) 8- connect to payment gateway. 9- My budget is $150. Please don’t bid if your cost is more.
