Design layout of home

I need someone to plan the layout of my home according to the layout of my piece of land. The main goal is that the size should be of 2,500 square feet and it should be placed on the land so that we can maximise the green spaces. The land should be able to park 4 cars. I need the following rooms: 1. 1 master bedroom with bathroom and walking wardrobe. The bathroom should have a bathtub, a standing shower, closed toilet. 2. 2 bedrooms that will include space for a tv and office desk 3. Shared bathroom and toilet for the 2 bedrooms 4. Guest toilet 5. Small office for parents 6. Play room/ tv room 7. American kitchen with bar to eat 8. Small grease kitchen 9. Dining room that is not completely separated by walls but it should have a soft separation 10. Veranda for when guests come 11. Laundry and ironing room 12. Outdoor pool 13.
