I work with Archicad which is a BIM Software. With Archicad, 3D model and 2D model happens in parallel which makes the modeling much faster and is more accurate compared to the 2D drawings. This is how we deliver our drawings to client. We also share our models to our contractors as well for easier reference at site. I work in Dubai an Archtiect and I have worked with a lot of residential projects and I am very aware with this type of projects. I believe I would be able to work on your project efficiently.

Hello. I will produce the plans accurately and with detail. I am specialized in architectural visualization and 3D modelling using Sketchup. Based on your job description I plan on modeling 3 separate layers: existing construction to keep, existing construction to demolish, and new construction; so that by combining the layers on and off you will be able to generate all the plans.
