I need a carpenter.

I am moving to an unfurnished studio apartment in the 1st of January and I'm planning on making the most out of the space. For that, I want to make an elevated queen size bed to put storage underneath. We cannot damage the walls in any way so the system have to be self supportive. I need a solid wooden base with legs (preferably painted white to make it seem as a floating wooden base) to put a queen size mattress over it, with a couple of stairs to get to the bed. I attached a picture as a reference. The dimensions of the base should be: width 216cm, depth 163cm. Elevation: 110cm. Stairs should fall from bottom right (sketch picture).
