Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I have about 36000 emails in 2 excel files (2k in one and 35k in the other). I need someone to send out the same message to all of them and also tell me how many return as deleted emails. You must do this from your servers/email account. I am going to take the smallest bid ie $10 as I do not want to spend much on this. I have 14 email addresses of my own in this list so that I know if they have really been sent out, so don´t waste my time and try to trick me. The person I hired to do this did not send out the emails as I received 0 emails in all of my 14 email accounts, and he also could not tell me how many emails bounced back so I need to find someone else as he wasted my time. If you bid please type in your message "36k emails and how many are returned" so I know that you understand and have read my project description. I will only pay once I see that I received the emails in my email accounts on the list.
