Job description
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meeting and involved in Client Acquisition. Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to Argent Jobs. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of Argent Jobs. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about Argent Jobs.
Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis maintain a good rapport with the client. Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations. Meeting target and ensure business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Experience 0 to 5 Years
• Prior experience of Business Development/Sales in IT Staffing desirable.
• Experience in handling Business Development/ Client Acquisition (IT or Non IT)
• Experience in Recruitment & Job Portals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to client.
• Strong secondary/internet research
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Good experience in understanding contract staffing
• Good experience in acquiring clients.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High market awareness and People Executive Relationships;
• Go-Getter Deal-Maker
Skills
• Strong Effective communication.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
