Our Founder Ryan Eger grew up with great leaders around him in Northern Kentucky. After high school, He would go on to spend ten years serving this country as a Marine and in Army Reserves. This would be the basis of how learned to become a strong leader. While in the reserves He would go on to help run several successful political campaigns. This allowed him to gain the experience of leading large groups of volunteers and build out the basic strategy to win. After That ryan would spend the next 10 years helping businesses in varying operation and management roles to help grow and streamline the operations. He has offered advice to CEO and to front-line staff. He prides himself on seeing others succeed and being a servant to those he supports.
