Looking for Licensed Patent Lawyer Esq, or Licensed Patent Agent, Patent lawyer or agent with knowledge computer gesture interface technology back ground and / or experience is plus. Prefer Canada licensed patent lawyer or licensed patent agent. Need patent lawyer or agent to proof read my respond papers for my patent application official examiner's requisitions - the application need to comply subsection 30(2) of the patent rules and section 29 of the patent rules. Have already written respond documents to overcoming the Examiner Requisitions, need to have patent lawyer help to proof read my respond to make sure comply the Patent Rules, Have already written the necessary document will provide to proof read. 1. Substitution Specification marked where are correction in Words file. 2. Substitution Specification Clean Version in Words file. 3. Respond Files to overcome the examiner's 2 requisitions, with new Claims, new Abstract and Remarks in Words file. With proof read, need patent lawyer or agent is able to correct where may still has need to re-write, re-edit to correct the respond documents to comply with the Canada Patent Rules.
