Build a contact program for a german website

Please, please read the project description before you bid. I have a website that i need to build a contact bot for. The program has to do the following tasks : 1. Collect links from a search result on the website. 2. Browse the links and submit the contact form with the information i provide. The first and second steps are done in different threats. I will first extract the links. (the program has to save them into a .txt file) . After that i need to have a front end with a form that requests the website form details (name, email address, phone number, a select area, and a message field). When submitting the contact form we will need a delay between the links, 5-10 seconds from one to another. I will also need be needing to add a different user agent if i need to change the one used. I need someone with experience. I need someone who is able to speak English fluently (the website is in German but it is very easy to browse and work with). If you do not understand the specs of the project, please do not bid. I need an expert. I will pay extra for an expert. And understand this: i will ask 100 questions and evaluate your work before i give you this project. The success of this project will bring new work for the programmer.
