Develop mac Agent which help to pass data from MAC app to browser extension

Hello All, Project requirement: Currently, we have developed Mac Application and Browser extension. We are passing data from Mac Application to Browser extension using Socket connect. But the limitation is that data is passing to browser extension when Mac Application is running. We need to create a Mac Agent which runs into the background and continues pass data in a browser extension if Mac Application is closed. For more information, our Mac Application is developed in Objective C. We need to estimation to develop MAC agent which help us to pass the data in browser extension while Mac Application is not running into the system.
